As ERG + Partners, we wanted to create a structure that puts people at the center of the road, recognizes and highlights individual success, and gives space to personal and professional development. We dreamed of a corporate culture where we can really feel the concept of "team spirit", where we will continue to support each other while we are doing our job. We have focused on celebrating our achievements together, strengthening the team spirit we have, and always improving each other. We designed both our company and our working environment with this approach.
